Willie had died. David was at Hamilton College and Mother (Mary) had the picture taken to send to him for Christmas. It (the picture) was a daguerreatype and when (Uncle) David sent it to me it came so badly cracked that I had copies if it made (in Cleveland) for a member of each family. This copy was Georgia's.
